Pecos Law Group is pleased to announce that Attorney Shann D. Winesett is now certified as a Family Law Specialist with the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Winesett joins a small group of Nevada attorneys who has met the qualifications for family law specialization and passed the exam.
Mr. Winesett represents clients in all forms of domestic relations matters, including divorce, complex custody disputes, relocation litigation, paternity, adoptions, post-divorce modifications of custody, visitation, child support and alimony. Mr. Winesett is also an approved parenting coordinator.
Mr. Winesett completed his undergraduate studies locally at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in English literature in 1988. In 1990, Mr. Winesett earned his juris doctorate in 1993 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Winesett has been practicing family law since 1997 and has been a member of the Pecos Law Group for more than a decade.
