Pecos Law Group is pleased to announce that attorney Jack W. Fleeman, Esq. has been selected as a member of Southern Disciplinary Panel of the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Fleeman was approved for the panel, which is limited to 35 attorney positions, by the Board of Governors at the State Bar annual meeting held in Seattle, Washington July 9 – 11, 2015.
As a member of the Southern Disciplinary Panel, Mr. Fleeman will participate in screening bar complaints that allege professional misconduct against fellow attorneys. Mr. Fleeman will also sit as a fact finder for informal and formal proceedings for complaints that make it past the screening stage.
