INTRODUCTION OF SOCIAL MEDIA INTO EVIDENCE, LATE ADDITION TO DECEMBER 1ST STATE BAR OF NEVADA ADVANCED FAMILY LAW CLE

We are excited to announce that Rahul Gupta, Senior Deputy District Attorney from the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, has agreed to be a late addition to our December 1, 2016 program. Mr. Gupta will present “Introduction of Social Media into Evidence, Including Overcoming Hearsay Objections.” The program will show the proper way to lay a foundation, and how to authenticate and introduce social media into evidence including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Yelp. You will learn about hearsay objections and the techniques to overcome them.
