discovery mechanisms as a means to determine a total picture of community
property assets or debts of a marriage when they otherwise do not have

Jennifer has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2005. Jennifer obtained her bachelor’s degree in political science from the
University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2000.
After receiving her Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University
School of Law in 2004, Jennifer clerked for Family Court Judge Stephanie
Miley. Before practicing law, Jennifer
was an Internal Control Analyst in the gaming industry. Jennifer is a seasoned attorney and practices
primarily in complex and contested family law matters.
